At KicksGallery, we ensure that every pair of sneakers we deliver meets our quality standards. Each pair goes through a detailed inspection before shipment, where our team carefully checks for scratches, stains, discoloration, dirt, material defects, and other imperfections. No detail is overlooked—from the uppers, soles, insoles, laces, to the shoebox, every item is thoroughly inspected to help ensure your order arrives in excellent condition.

[ Shoe Boxes (Dents, etc.) ]

Shoe boxes that are heavily damaged or excessively dented will not be shipped to our customers. Please note that products may arrive with labels or stickers from different regions depending on the source of the item.

[ Scratches ]

KicksGallery checks for scratches and surface imperfections on leather, suede, mesh, and other materials to ensure your sneakers arrive in great condition. Any pair found with significant scuffs or marks may be rejected during inspection.

[ Discoloration ]

Some materials may change color over time due to storage conditions. We inspect every pair to ensure there are no visible signs of discoloration, yellowing, or uneven coloring before shipment.

[ Stains ]

Each pair of sneakers ordered through KicksGallery undergoes a thorough inspection for stains, marks, glue residue, or other visible imperfections. Any pair that does not meet our standards will not be approved for shipment.

[ Dirt ]

We make sure that every pair of sneakers shipped out is clean and presentable. Our team checks for dirt, dust, debris, and any signs of previous wear on both the uppers and soles.

[ Fading ]

KicksGallery’s quality control team inspects every shoe individually and as a pair to ensure there are no noticeable color differences, fading, or discoloration across the sneakers.

[ Rips ]

Sneakers found with tears, rips, material damage, or excessive creasing will not pass our quality control inspection and will not be shipped.

[ Shoe Laces (Rips, etc.) ]

KicksGallery examines every pair of shoelaces to ensure they are clean, undamaged, and free from excessive wear, fraying, or discoloration.
