Cancellations
Orders may be canceled free of charge before they are shipped. Please contact our support team as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. If package interception is unsuccessful, customers must wait until the package is delivered and then contact us for return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please note that refusing delivery of a package will not qualify for a refund or compensation.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date. All items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, and include all original KicksGallery tags and packaging.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method, provided the item meets our return requirements.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. The return address will be provided after the return request has been reviewed and approved by our team.
Size Exchange
Size exchanges are available for items that are unused, unworn, and still have all original KicksGallery tags attached. Each order is eligible for one size exchange.
Requests for size exchanges must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and are subject to stock availability. When contacting us, please include your order number, the reason for the exchange, and the desired size.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange, including return and reshipment fees. Additional charges may apply if there is a price difference between sizes or variations.
Out of Stock Items
In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the affected item. Customers will be notified by email if this occurs.
Non-Eligible Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for requests submitted more than 7 days after delivery, products that have been worn, used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery, products exposed to water, chemicals, paint, detergents, solvents, oils, or excessive heat, products returned without original tags, packaging, or accessories, items showing signs of dirt, stains, odors, or other conditions that prevent resale, sale or promotional items unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect, products damaged after successful delivery, or returns sent without prior approval from our customer service team.
